The first session begins with identifying your current presenting concern(s) and making a counselling plan that works best for you!

50-minute counselling session for children and/or youth aged 18 or under

For children under 12, the first session includes a parent meeting to gain an understanding of caregiver’s perspective. All sessions thereafter are with the child.

50-minute session for parent(s) that are seeking parenting support. The interventions utilized are based on the science of attachment.
