About Pavan

Pavan Nahal is a Registered Social Worker (#17208) with the BC College of Social Workers (BCCSW), and is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (#24183) with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC).

Pavan supports children (4+ years) and young adults that are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, life transitions, or are simply wanting to enhance their mental well-being. In addition to supporting children and individuals, Pavan has a passion for supporting parents.

With genuine empathy and care, Pavan utilizes an attachment, trauma-informed, and evidence-based approach. Pavan recognizes the importance of utilizing a person-in-environment approach, as we are all shaped by our cultures and experiences.

Pavan has 8+ years of experience supporting children, adults, and families, in a wide variety of settings, including community programs focused on child development and family reunification, research labs, acute care settings, and private practices.

Aside from her clinical practice, Pavan enjoys drinking coffee by the beach, reading, and participating in fitness classes (pilates, yoga, kickboxing & strength training!).
